HS6604 Charging cabinet light solutionApplication scheme

Scheme description:

Human body induction cabinet light is a kind of lamp controlled by infrared induction switch, just open the door or wave the hand and other actions can easily illuminate, close the cabinet door can be extinguished, is a kind of convenient and energy-saving equipment in life.

Function description:

Function is controlled by HS6604 chip. After being powered on, REL will be lowered for 2s(2s on), and then enter the normal working mode after a 3.5s high resistance state blockade time:REL is high resistance state when there is no person (the light is not on);If human movement is detected, REL is lowered (the light is on), the timing lasts for 30 seconds, and the trigger can be repeated; The maximum driving current of REL foot is 200mA.

The HS6604 also has a built-in charge management chip,a single lithium-ion battery can be charged directly from a USB port, the maximum charging current can be adjusted to 300mA,MOSFET、detection resistors or isolation diodes are not required, ensure charging speed without risk of overheating, accuracy reaches ±1% (±42mV) of 4.2V preset charging voltage.CHRG port indicates charging status,When in the charging cycle, the strong pull-down state is effective, and the light is on;Once the charging cycle is terminated or filled, the light goes out.

There are several advantages in making charging night light scheme with HS6604:

1. Extremely low power consumption, standby current of induction state is only 20UA, and peripheral components are simple

2. External three-terminal voltage regulator can be omitted,HS6604 can directly supply voltage regulator to the probe

3. It can save the driving triode /MOS tube, and the maximum driving current of HS6604 can reach 200mA

4. The charge management chip can be dispensed with, and a single lithium-ion battery can be charged directly from the USB port through the HS6604

A chip + analog probe can realize all functions of human sensing small night light
