Scheme description:

The human body induction cabinet lamp is a kind of lamp controlled by infrared induction switch. It can be easily illuminated by opening the door or waving the hand, and can be extinguished by closing the cabinet door. It is a convenient and energy-saving equipment in life.

Function description:

Function is controlled by HS6604 chip. After power-on, REL will first pull down for 2s(light on for 2S), and then enter normal operation mode after 3.5s high resistance state locking time: REL will be in high resistance state (light off) when no one is present. If human body movement is detected, REL pulls down (light on), timing lasts for 30s, and trigger repeatedly; REL foot maximum driving current 200mA.

The HS6604 also has a built-in charge management chip that can charge a single lithium-ion battery directly from the USB port. The charging current can be adjusted to a maximum of 300MA without MOSFETs, detection resistors or isolation diodes, ensuring charging speed without the risk of overheating and an accuracy of ±1% (±42mV) of the 4.2V preset charging voltage. CHRG port and STD port can indicate the charging state. When in the charging cycle, CHRG port strong pull-down state is effective and the red light is on. Once full, STD strong pull-down status effective, green light on; The charging cycle is extinguished by the termination lamp.

HS6604 has several advantages in making charging cabinet lamp scheme:

1.Very low power consumption, induction state standby current only 20UA, simple peripheral devices

2.Can eliminate the external three-terminal voltage regulator, HS6604 can directly supply power to probe voltage regulator

3.Can save drive transistor /MOS tube, HS6604 maximum drive current up to 200mA

4.The charge management chip can be omitted and a single lithium-ion battery can be charged directly from the USB port via the HS6604
